Banjara Virasat Sangh is a community heritage organisation serving the Banjara community. The safety of children is non-negotiable for us. We have zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) anywhere on our app, website, or any service we operate.

Banjara Virasat Sangh ही बंजारा समाजासाठी कार्य करणारी सामाजिक-सांस्कृतिक संस्था आहे. मुलांची सुरक्षा आमच्यासाठी सर्वोच्च आहे. आमच्या ॲप, संकेतस्थळ किंवा कोणत्याही सेवेवर बाल लैंगिक शोषण व अत्याचार (CSAE) आणि बाल लैंगिक अत्याचार साहित्य (CSAM) याबाबत आमचे शून्य सहनशीलता धोरण आहे.

The following are strictly prohibited on our platform (a "child" means any person under 18 years of age):

• Creating, uploading, sharing, storing, requesting or linking to any child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including drawn, animated, edited or AI-generated content.
• Grooming — befriending or contacting a child to facilitate sexual contact or the exchange of sexual imagery, online or offline.
• Sexualising minors through comments, captions, messages, images or videos.
• Sextortion — threatening or blackmailing a child using intimate images.
• Child trafficking, or advertising/soliciting children for sexual purposes.
• Sharing personal information or images of a child to target, harass or endanger them.
• Any content or behaviour that sexually exploits, abuses or endangers children.

• मुलांचे लैंगिक शोषण, अत्याचार किंवा त्यांना धोक्यात आणणारे कोणतेही साहित्य किंवा वर्तन.

• Member accounts are intended for adults (18+). Details of minors (for example, family members or students in scholarship programmes) may only be added and managed by a parent or legal guardian.
• Personal details of minors such as mobile numbers and addresses are not displayed publicly.
• Photos of children published in event galleries or articles are posted only by authorised organisation administrators and must be appropriate and non-sexual.
• Parents and guardians may request removal of any image or information about their child at any time.

• Verified accounts: registration and login require mobile number verification via OTP, discouraging anonymous misuse.
• Moderation: public content (articles, announcements, galleries, events) is published or reviewed by authorised administrators.
• User reporting: every user can report concerning content or behaviour from within the app.
• Trained team: our administrators are briefed on recognising and escalating child safety concerns.
• Best practices: our standards are guided by the Google Play Child Safety Standards and the Tech Coalition's industry principles.

• सत्यापित खाती: नोंदणी व लॉगिनसाठी OTP द्वारे मोबाइल क्रमांक पडताळणी आवश्यक आहे, ज्यामुळे निनावी गैरवापर टळतो.
• नियंत्रण: सार्वजनिक साहित्य (लेख, घोषणा, गॅलरी, कार्यक्रम) अधिकृत प्रशासकांकडून प्रसिद्ध किंवा तपासले जाते.
• वापरकर्ता तक्रार: प्रत्येक वापरकर्ता ॲपमधूनच आक्षेपार्ह साहित्य किंवा वर्तनाची तक्रार करू शकतो.
• प्रशिक्षित टीम: बाल सुरक्षेशी संबंधित धोके ओळखणे व पुढे पाठवणे याबाबत प्रशासकांना माहिती दिली जाते.
• सर्वोत्तम पद्धती: आमची मानके Google Play Child Safety Standards व Tech Coalition च्या तत्त्वांवर आधारित आहेत.

If you see anything that may involve the abuse or exploitation of a child, please report it immediately. Reports are confidential.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact the authorities first:

When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAE or CSAM on our platform, we will:

1. Remove the content and restrict access promptly — and in any case within 24 hours of a report.
2. Suspend and permanently ban the responsible account(s) and block re-registration with the same mobile number.
3. Preserve evidence securely and only for as long as required by law, accessible solely to authorised personnel.
4. Report confirmed CSAM to the Indian authorities through the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in) and local police, and where relevant to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
5. Cooperate fully with law enforcement and Google Play in any investigation.
6. Acknowledge the reporter (where contact details are provided) without disclosing confidential investigation details.

आमच्या व्यासपीठावर CSAE किंवा CSAM असल्याचे निदर्शनास आल्यावर आम्ही:

4. पुष्टी झालेले CSAM राष्ट्रीय सायबर गुन्हे तक्रार पोर्टल (cybercrime.gov.in) व स्थानिक पोलिसांकडे, तसेच आवश्यक तेथे NCMEC कडे नोंदवू.
5. पोलीस यंत्रणा व Google Play यांना तपासात पूर्ण सहकार्य करू.
6. तक्रारदाराला (संपर्क दिल्यास) गोपनीय तपशील उघड न करता पोचपावती देऊ.

We comply with all applicable child protection laws, including:

• The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012, including its mandatory reporting obligations;
• The Information Technology Act, 2000 — in particular Section 67B (material depicting children in sexually explicit acts);
• The Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021;
• The Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and other applicable laws of India;
• Google Play Developer Program Policies, including the Child Safety Standards policy.

We review these standards regularly to keep pace with changes in law and industry practice.
